The Wine:
Fermented on skins with wild yeast. Left on skins for 6 months before pressing to stainless steel. Allowed to overwinter and settle before bottling without any filtration or fining, leaving it slightly cloudy in the bottle.
Slightly cloudy with a beautiful blush. Pink grapefruit, ginger flower and tangerine peel and hint of feijoa + elderflower. Chalky texture and juicy acidity.
